Policies and Practices
NVD utilizes the safest of all available gas and injectable anesthetics, including propofol, metatomidine, butorphanol, isoflurane, and sevoflurane.
Laboratory blood tests should be performed prior to any anesthesia needed for dental procedures. These can be performed prior to your referral visit to NVD, by your own veterinarian, or they can be performed at NVD at the time of your visit.
Patient monitoring equipment is utilized to make your pet's visit safe.
